Love is old, love is new, love is all, love is you.

Hellooooooo you people! It’s been a long time since I posted in my blog and that was because of lack of inspiration! But now I have to say that I’m back and can’t wait to post some new things that inspire me :)

so, as we all know, here comes Valentine's Day! Well I actually don't believe in those kinds of celebrations- I used to say that those days are just for bakeries and pattiseries and flower shops. (maybe for movie producers as well). Yeah, because you don't need a day like this to show you're IN LOVE!

However, I baked a bunch of delicious sugar cookies, just for the day! (in fact, it was a pretty good excuse for me to cook)

I made the dough and cut it with heart cookie cutters!

my cookies are ready to be baked in the oven.

and voile! they taste like yummy yummy yummy!

I also made that version; filled with strawberry jam!

Also, a great movie for the occassion is Valentine's Day, with Jessica Alba, Ashton Kutcher, Anne Hathaway, Bradley Cooper, Taylor Swift, Taylor Lautner, Jennifer Garner and -my favourite- Patrick Dempsey!

Have Fun, and Happy Valentine's Day *.*

10 days left!

I was having a coffee at starbucks with my best friends the other day, and suddenly, when we got out we were surprised to see.. SNOW! Yeap, it was really snowing! We were so excited and started dancing and running in the street and shouting “it is snowing! Yeaaah!” It was like, wow, Christmas is almost here and snow is the best thing that could happen right now. Besides, in my country hardly ever does snow so that was amazing!

Since Christmas is so close (only 10 days left- hurray!) I thought it would be great to blog about Christmas and winter and the things I love about that wonderful time of the year. SO:

1. CHRISTMAS TREE!
I love decorating the christmas tree. and, honestly, who doesnt? :)

 2.PRESENTS.
it is really sweet to be given presents, and open presents, but what makes me happier is giving presents to the people I love! so great a pleasure.

3.CHRISTMAS CANDY!
okay, we've got many traditional christmas candies in my country but I also heart gingerbread cookies- their taste, shape, colours, everything reminds me of christmas!

4. SANTA CLAUS!
I've been writing letters to Santa Claus since I was a little kid! I love pictures of Santa, because when I see them, my mind goes straight to Christmas, of course.

5. CITIES DECORATED WITH CHRISTMAS STUFF AND LIGHTS.
most cities are decorated with trees, lights, and the fresh air smells like sweets and cookies and yummy stuff! I love it! oh! and it's wonderful when they play christmas songs..

6.STARBUCKS!
One of my favourite things to do in the winter is going at starbucks- I love relaxing on the couch with a hot caramel machiatto and discussing about everything with my best friends! it is really calming. Plus, red cups are my favourites!

7. CANDLES!
I love love love lighting my candles and relax. the atmosphere gets really peaceful and warm!

7. CHRISTMAS MOVIES.
Christmas movies are definitely the most perfect thing that can put you in the Christmas mood!
And when it comes to Home Alone movies, well yeaaah okay they are hilarious and sweet!

 8. COCA COLA ADVERTISMENTS!
Oh they are so lovely and sweet! Always loved them..

9. SNOW
Snow can be identified with christmas. definitely. Who wouldn't dream of a White Christmas? :)

Christmas spirit is here people! enjoy yourselves and have a great evening :*

xoxo.

Sweet Weekend

Well well! Another post! this is my third post in this blog and I have to say  I am really excited about it and I have so many ideas and things to write about. Dreamy life, people.. SO! that weekend was great and inspiring and creative! On Saturday, I went to the mall with my sister for some shopping. I bought some really cute stuff.

Disney pijamas. I love them, they are super comfy!
a scarf in a beige/brown color that reminds me so much of WINTER!
and a white/creme sweet cardigan.

                                                   I also bought:
♥ Heart printed tights from Accessorize!
♥  Some cute socks in autumn colors
                                                   ♥ A grey wool scarf
♥  Some candles for my room

Then, we went at Starbucks, cause we were tired and needed some coffee and beverages for extra energy!
Oh and red cups are back again for christmaaas! I heart Starbucks' red cups, although this year their design isn't as good as the old ones :/

So we had Caramel Machiatto and Mocha Praline (that is a new one, but okay,
I wouldnt recommend it anyways, Machiatto is still on top of the list).
We ate donuts and cookies too. yummy!

On Sunday, I decided to decorate my room with, well okay, some christmas stuff! I know it's a bit early, but I really couldn't wait! I didnt do many things- just put some red lights and candles and my christmas starbucks red cups! Oh yes, I have them since 2008- I love that year's design :)

Haha! you may think that this is pathetic, but I love them!

and these are my candles :*

Sooo that was all for today. Now, I can't wait for Sunday to come because
we are going to decorate the Christmas Tree yaaaaaaaay!

Love You :)

Today, when I got back from school I found on my postbox a lovely polka-doted envelope!

I felt really happy because that couldn't be other than Anne, my penfriend. Well, okay, she is not just a penfriend. To me, she is a sister, and an inspiration. I've been influenced so much by her life, and her habits and her thoughts and everything! I love her, cause, if I hadn't met her, I would probably be wasting my life now, doing useless things. She gave me motivation and advice, and ideas, and taught me that the most important thing is to be yourself. I remember her writing me optimistic quotes, such as "Let's bake a sunshine cake!" Well, I've baked a million sunshine cakes since then :)

I think that having a penfrined nowdays, is something really special. people hardly ever sent letters today, because they've got emails or mobile phones, but letters are much better than all those stuff, you know! you can just recall the moments of the past and the things people were used to! this is magical.
